## About the role

Shape how Thommidhi looks, sounds and moves — a brand that's honest about uncertainty and still feels like the most exciting thing on a creator's screen.

## What you'll do

Extend our identity: type, colour, illustration and motion across the site, the product, emails and decks

Design the moments people remember: a creator's first read of their channel, a prediction that came true

Build kits creators and local businesses can use, from pages to share to their own cards

Keep one voice across every surface, and write the words that go with the visuals

## You might be a fit if

You have a portfolio with opinions in it, not just mock-ups

You know when motion helps and when it's showing off

You can explain why a brand feels trustworthy, in specifics a designer could act on

## What you'll learn

Building a brand system from an early stage

Motion and identity for a data product

Designing for Indian audiences across languages

## What we ask in the application

Pick one Indian brand whose identity works and one that's trying too hard. What is the difference, in specifics: type, colour, words, motion, photography?

Our product tells people when it isn't sure. How should a brand that admits uncertainty look and sound, without seeming weak or unfinished?

Spend five minutes on thommidhi.com. Describe its personality in three words, then tell us one thing you'd change to make it truer to those words.

Portfolio

Tell us about a time you were confidently wrong. How did you find out, and what changed after?

Pick one thing Indian consumers or viewers do that outsiders consistently get wrong. Explain what's really going on.

Simulating how people respond is either very useful or quietly dangerous. Where do you think the line is?
