## About the role

Decide what Thommidhi does next, with creators today and brands tomorrow — and make sure every feature makes predictions more testable, not just more impressive.

## Who can apply

Current students only. Students of any course, including MBA and PGDM, engineering, design, economics and the social sciences.

These internships are part-time, so they fit around your classes, and they are open only to current students: you need to be enrolled in a college or university course when you apply and while you intern.

## What you'll do

Run experiments with creators: set up tests, collect outcomes, close the loop

Turn what creators actually do into a simpler product that asks them fewer questions

Write clear specs, and cut scope when the evidence says so

Track where Thommidhi is right and wrong, and decide what to fix first

## You might be a fit if

You have talked to users and changed your mind because of it

You write clearly and briefly

You find "is it true?" more interesting than "does it look good?"

## What you'll learn

Product discovery with real users

Running a prediction-to-outcome programme

Early-stage product strategy

## What we ask in the application

A creator runs a simulation, publishes the winning title, and the video flops. What are the first three things you do?

We model seven Indian-language audiences today. Which Indian audience should we add next, and why that one?

Tell us about a time you were confidently wrong. How did you find out, and what changed after?

Pick one thing Indian consumers or viewers do that outsiders consistently get wrong. Explain what's really going on.

Simulating how people respond is either very useful or quietly dangerous. Where do you think the line is?
