## How it goes

Connect read-only through Google's own screen and your channel is read in a minute. Fixed rules find something you already do well in your own uploads, with the numbers beside it. A person at Thommidhi writes three things you could make with it; you swipe to say yes, not now or not me. See what's happening this week in the topics you cover, with every source linked; how your channel is going, day by day; and when the news mentions you.

## Collabs (Beta): brand work on your terms

Write down how you work with brands, in your own words: your style, what fits and what never does, your minimum fee, the rights, exclusivity and changes you accept, and when you're free. When an offer arrives, the Lab checks it against those limits by fixed rules and lists the questions to ask; it never says accept or decline and never scores. Shape how the product could enter your video, and keep the agreed brief as one page. It works on the brand deals you already have. In a limited pilot, a person at Thommidhi may bring you a brand's brief with a concept written for you; you choose, and a brand sees only what you chose to share, never your YouTube Analytics.

## What we read, and what we never touch

We read: Your uploads: titles, thumbnails, publish times and length; Each video's category and audio language, as you set them in YouTube Studio; Views and watch time per video, and day by day, from YouTube Analytics; Where views come from, and audience age, gender and places, as YouTube reports them; The searches that found you, where viewers stop watching (and the moments they leave or rewatch), subscribers gained and lost per video, and Shorts vs longer videos, from YouTube Analytics; How often YouTube showed your videos and how many of those showings became views, from YouTube's daily reach reports; Public comments on your own videos that mention a time, so you can see what viewers said about a moment (the text is deleted within 30 days). We never touch: Revenue or any earnings data; Who wrote a comment, your messages or anything private; Posting, editing or deleting anything; Sending your channel's data to AI model providers, or sharing it with other creators or with brands. Disconnect any time and your channel's data is deleted.

## Questions creators ask

Is it free? Yes, during early access. We're building it with a small group of creators, so your feedback shapes what comes next. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from us first.

Can Thommidhi post, edit or delete anything on my channel? No. You connect through Google's own sign-in screen with read-only access. We can't upload, edit, delete or comment on anything, and we never see revenue.

Does AI see my YouTube data? No. Connected YouTube data is never sent to AI model providers. What the Lab tells you about your channel is counted by fixed rules from your own numbers. AI is used only on what you type yourself, and on public news and web pages about the topics you confirm.

Can I use Thommidhi inside ChatGPT, Claude or a coding tool? Yes, with Oli by Thommidhi: your ideas, brand offers and work plans in the AI assistant you already use, from Claude and ChatGPT to Codex and Cursor. Your assistant can check an offer against your own terms and save the plan you agree. It never receives anything from YouTube, and your minimum fee stays private unless you share it. What happens if I disconnect? We revoke our access with Google and delete your channel's data straight away, including anything we calculated from it. If you revoke access from your Google account instead, we notice within the hour and delete it within seven days.

Who writes the ideas I get? A person at Thommidhi. When you confirm something you already do well, someone reads it and writes three things you could make with it, usually within a day. Not generated, and it says so on the screen.

Is it only for Telugu creators? No. Reading your channel works in any language, and it's built for Indian creators first. Title tests run on a simulated audience in your own language: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam or Bengali. More languages are on the way.

Collabs also teaches how collaborations happen, helps you find creators in your language to collab with, and gives you a page of your own to put in your pitches, so brands can send you a brief. You choose where you appear, and what anyone sees.

Will you find me brand deals? Do brands see my numbers? We don't promise deals. We're running a small pilot with brands: a person at Thommidhi reads each brief, and if your own style could carry it, writes you a concept with the reasons and what's still unknown. You choose. Only if you say you're interested does the brand see you, and then only what you chose to share. Brands never see your YouTube Analytics, and there are no fit scores and no fees.

How big does my channel need to be? Any size. With only a few uploads, some readings will say there isn't enough to go on yet instead of guessing. Finding what you already do well needs about a dozen longer videos with some views.

Will it tell me which video will go viral? No, and nobody honestly can. It shows what already works for you, what's happening in your topics, and lets you try an idea on a simulated audience before you spend a day making it: a first filter, never a promise of views.

How is it different from vidIQ or TubeBuddy? Those tools are strongest at keywords, tags and optimisation, and they give you scores and predictions. Thommidhi starts from you: what already works in your own uploads, ideas written by a person, where viewers leave and why, what's said about you, and a simulated audience in your language to try things on first. Every number is counted from your own channel; none is guessed.

YouTube Studio has Ask Studio now. Why use this? Use both. Ask Studio answers when you ask it. The Lab tells you before you ask: this week's one thing, what you already do well, the moment viewers left and what was happening in the video right then, news that mentions you, and a media kit from your real numbers. Ideas come from a person who has looked at your channel, title tests run on people who speak your language, and nothing is a guessed number.

Will it cost money? It's free during early access. If we charge later, it will be in rupees, priced for Indian creators, and you'll hear from us well before anything changes. No card is needed now, and when there is a plan, cancelling will take one tap, with a reminder before any renewal.

Will you email me? Only when something happens: ideas written for you, a tested video's first week, a milestone, or the news talking about you. At most one a day, and every email has a one-click way to stop.

Do you sell my data? No. We don't sell personal information, and your channel's numbers are never pooled with anyone else's.
