About the role

Work with the founders on how Thommidhi makes money and reaches its first paying customers: pricing, unit economics, go-to-market and the first brand deals.

What you'll do

Work out who pays for what: brands, agencies, local businesses and creators, and what each would pay

Build simple, honest economics for our offers, and test prices with real customers

Plan and run go-to-market experiments: who we sell to first, through which channel, and how we know it worked

Help close and run the first paid brand campaigns, end to end

You might be a fit if

You're doing an MBA (or think like you are), and you like numbers you can defend

You can talk to a brand manager and a creator in the same afternoon

You'd rather test a price with five real customers than debate it for a week

What you'll learn

Pricing and business models at a very early stage

Go-to-market for a two-sided marketplace in India

Selling to brands and agencies

What we ask in the application

Thommidhi works with creators, brands, agencies and local businesses. Who should pay us first, for what, and why them?

How would you find out what a brand would really pay for help finding the right regional creators, in two weeks and with no budget?

Tell us about a time you were confidently wrong. How did you find out, and what changed after?

Pick one thing Indian consumers or viewers do that outsiders consistently get wrong. Explain what's really going on.

Simulating how people respond is either very useful or quietly dangerous. Where do you think the line is?
