Terms of service
Terms for using Thommidhi: experimental simulations, account responsibilities, acceptable use, connected platforms, and limits of liability.
Last updated 2026-09-19
These terms govern your use of Thommidhi, including thommidhi.com and the Thommidhi application (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Thommidhi for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Who we are
Thommidhi is an early-stage company based in India. We launched recently and are operating in stealth, so we don't publish details of our team or legal entity on this website.
If you need information about the company or entity behind Thommidhi, for example for a contract, a data-protection request or a verification, email hello@thommidhi.com and we'll provide it.
What Thommidhi is, and isn't
Thommidhi simulates how populations may respond to a decision, then compares those simulations with real outcomes. It's an early-stage, experimental service.
Simulations are predictions, not observations of real people. They can be wrong, sometimes by a lot. We show confidence and uncertainty where we can, but we don't guarantee that any simulation will match real behaviour, or that following one will produce any result. Decisions you make using Thommidhi are your own.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old.
Give accurate information and keep your password, or the Google account you sign in with, secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Access is currently by invitation. Don't share invite codes publicly.
Tell us promptly at hello@thommidhi.com if you think your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Don't use Thommidhi to:
break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
profile, target or make decisions about identifiable private individuals;
unlawfully discriminate against people based on protected characteristics;
create deceptive or manipulative material, including misleading political persuasion;
access data or accounts that aren't yours, or connect a platform account you're not authorised to connect;
probe, scrape, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits or security;
copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows.
We may suspend access to protect the service, other users or the public.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of what you put into Thommidhi. That includes decisions, options, outcomes and anything else you enter, as well as data from platforms you connect.
You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending simulation content to AI model providers as described in our privacy policy (/privacy). You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit.
Outputs
You may use the simulations, predictions and explanations Thommidhi produces for you. Because they come from models, similar outputs may be produced for others. Outputs are provided without any promise of accuracy (see above).
Our intellectual property
The service belongs to Thommidhi: its software, population models, methods, design and brand. These terms don't give you rights to it beyond using the service as intended. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Connected platforms
If you connect a third-party account such as YouTube, you must be authorised to do so. Your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
We use only the access you grant, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time. We aren't responsible for third-party platforms or for changes they make that affect the service.
Availability and changes
We're building Thommidhi actively. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We'll try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
Thommidhi is currently offered without charge during early access. If we introduce fees, we'll tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Thommidhi isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. That includes lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities arising from your use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Thommidhi at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@thommidhi.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to export your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and tell account holders by email about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
