Turn their offer into one that works.
Got a brand offer that doesn't work? Type it in with your own prices and get workable options: their budget with less scope, their scope at your price, or a smaller first video. Send a deal sheet with rights spelled out. Free, no sign-up.
Deal sheet, free
Type the brand's offer: their budget, what they want made and the rights they asked for. Add your own prices. You'll see what their request is worth at your prices and two or three ways to make it work, each saying exactly what changed. Pick one and send a deal sheet as a link, a WhatsApp message or a PDF. It never tells you to accept: that's your call.
Nothing you type is sent to Thommidhi or anyone else: the tools work in your browser, with no sign-up. The invoice maker and rate card remember your own details on this device so you don't retype them, and you can forget them with one tap.
How it works
Rights are priced separately, the way they're negotiated: paid ads, the brand reposting, exclusivity, re-edits, dubbing and AI use of your voice or face. Each is your own percentage; a right you'd give for free stays at 0%.
Keep their budget: rights give way first, then the lowest-priced items, one at a time, so the core of the deal stays. Keep their scope: the fee becomes your price. Start small: one video first, everything else priced to add later.
Options never go below the minimum you set.
The link carries the whole sheet after the "#", which browsers never send to a server: we never receive your deal. My deals and your prices stay in this browser.
Make invoice turns a deal into a GST invoice, already filled in, with what will reach your bank after TDS.
Questions
How do I reply to a brand offer that's too low? Don't just say no or drop your price. Show what their budget buys at your prices (less scope or fewer rights), what their full request costs, or a smaller first video with the rest priced to add later. The deal sheet lays these out so the brand can pick.
What usage rights should I charge for? Paid ads (the brand runs your video as its own ad), reposting on its pages, exclusivity, re-editing, dubbing into other languages and any AI use of your voice or face. Each is worth something separately and for a set time. Write down what's included and for how long, and what isn't.
Is the deal sheet a contract? No. It's a clear proposal both sides can read. For larger deals, agree the final terms in writing, ideally checked by someone who knows contracts.
